Whatever stage you are at in your career, a CIPD qualification connects you with your peers and gives you the strategies you need to increase your knowledge and skills to boost your career and make an impact. On successful completion of any CIPD qualification, you will become a member of the CIPD.

New content will be available from autumn 2021. We are currently undergoing a re-approval process in order to offer new CIPD qualifications. N new content will be available from autumn 2021, pending CIPD approval. 

If you want to start your study before autumn 2021, you can enrol in the current CHRM or CHRP programmes available at our training centres in CEE (please see the list below).

CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management 
  • Build on your existing knowledge and specialise in people management
  • Increase your knowledge in employment relationship management, talent management and performance reward
  • Take the next step up into a more senior people profession role
Suitable for people with up to 10 years of professional experience who are responsible for an HR professional area (e.g. recruitment, reward, L&D etc) or lead/aspire to lead the entire HR function
CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management 
  • Build on your existing people management experience
  • Gain specialist people management skills in strategic employment relations, talent management to sustain success and strategic reward management
  • Strengthen your autonomy and judgment so you can lead and direct your organisation’s people management strategy
Suitable for highly experienced people with 10+ years of professional experience who are at/are aspiring for a top strategic HR role, have strategic impact on their business, might operate in a complex or multinational environment

You’ll focus on real-life scenarios, acquire core behaviours derived from the CIPD’s new Profession Map, based on the cumulative insights of thousands of experts.

CIPD membership

CIPD membership is an internationally recognised badge of professionalism. It showcases your knowledge and impact in the people profession. Once you’re registered for a qualification, you will join the CIPD as a student member - the first step in your CIPD membership journey. We will support and encourage you throughout your studies and help you grow in confidence and deliver more impact. You will have access to extensive resources, such as the CIPD expert research, journals, factsheets, helplines and online communities to build your network.

When you complete your qualification, you will be awarded the CIPD Associate Membership, and the designation “Assoc CIPD” after your name. This will establish your credibility as a professional, raise your profile and open doors to new job opportunities. You may also be able to apply for Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow, depending on your experience. This would recognise your ability to work strategically, handle complexity and influence business practices.
